Aquaculture group AVRAMAR Greece has entered a decisive month for its financial future. According to reports in the Greek financial press – including Naftemporiki and Kathimerini — the company faces a 31 October deadline to submit its rehabilitation plan (exsygíasis) to the courts, as part of the restructuring process led jointly with Aqua Bridge and the main creditor banks.

Reports published in September confirm that the framework agreement between AVRAMAR and Aqua Bridge was finalised on 18 September, with legal and financial teams working to ensure the documentation is filled with the court “before 31 October.”

The submission of the plan will mark the next judicial milestone in the restructuring process, aimed at ensuring the continuity of operations for the Mediterranean’s largest producer of European seabass and gilthead seabream. According to Naftemporiki, the goal is to achieve a “comprehensive and sustainable solution” for the group, following months of negotiations with lenders and its new key shareholder, Aqua Bridge.

Sor far, no official filling ot the plan has been published in Greece’s judicial bulletin or corporate registers, leaving observers waiting to see developments in the coming weeks. If the timeline is met, October will be the month in which AVRAMAR formalized its rehabilitation plan and enters the judicial phase that will determine the company’s future.
