
Mowi has reported a total harvest of 166,000 tonnes gutted weight (GWT) during the third quarter of 2025, marking a new all-time high for the company. This figure surpasses the previous record of 161,000 tonnes achieved in the same period of 2024 and exceeds the company’s initial guidance of 160,000 tonnes announced following its second quarter results.
By region, harvest volumes reached 99.5 thousand tonnes in Norway, 17.5 thousand tonnes in Scotland, 22.5 thousand tonnes in Chile, 15.5 thousand tonnes in Canada, 3.0 thousand tonnes in Ireland, 2.5 thousand tonnes in the Faroe Islands, and 5.5 thousand tonnes in Iceland (Arctic Fish).
The Group’s operational EBIT amounted to approximately EUR 112 million (NOK 1,322 million) for the quarter, based on an average exchange rate of 11.80 EURNOK. The blended farming cost stood at EUR 5.42 per kg, down from EUR 5.72 per kg in the same quarter last year and in line with the company’s second quarter guidance.
Operational EBIT per kilogram through the value chain was EUR 1.10 in Norway, EUR 1.55 in Scotland, EUR 0.55 in Chile, EUR -2.00 in Canada (Canada West: EUR 0.40), EUR 0.20 in Ireland, EUR 0.55 in the Faroe Islands, and EUR -1.10 in Iceland.
The Consumer Products segment delivered an operational EBIT of EUR 66 million, while Feed achieved an operational EBITDA of EUR 26 million in the third quarter.
The Group’s net interest-bearing debt (NIBD) stood at around EUR 1.76 billion at the end of the quarter, excluding IFRS 16 effects.
